When to Use Mini-SOW vs Full SOW
Use Mini-SOW for:

- ✅ Fast turnaround needed
- ✅ Limited custom features
Use Full SOW for:
- ❌ Complex projects over $10,000
- ❌ Custom applications or integrations
- ❌ New clients (need full legal terms)
- ❌ Multiple phases or unclear scope
- ❌ High-risk or high-value projects
